Some Mobile closer used another mobile closers Notary Stamp and closed my loan on a 1st and a 2nd on my house. SO I am assuming this is not a validly closed loan? basically not notarized, let along the fact illigally. A friend of mine told me this would lead to a full rescission, is this true?
